The Great Library of Ashmoor houses a collection of written artefacts, both about the Ashmoor district itself and all that they know about the Odirian Kingdoms. Writers, scholars and poets have been working on this collection for generations. The Library is strictly guarded at all times to make sure nothing gets stolen. Even though the library resides within Middle Class territory, Lower Class citizens are not allowed without the special stamp in their passport. This is the same stamp that's needed to enter the Upper Ring.
