Charlotte is a beautiful girl. Her skin is quite fair, signaling she doesn't ever have to work for her money, and makes her look like a porcelain doll. Her face is shaped a little like a heart, with soft features and plump lips. Her hair is a signature Winter-blonde and usually kept at medium or a longer length. Her lighter coloured hair makes her deep brown eyes stand out.  

Impressions & Attitude

When Charlotte walks into a room, all the attention is on her. She is not afraid to let everyone know where she stands on the social ladder: at the top. She carries herself like a princess and with undeniable confidence. She walks with a back straightened and her head held high. It is clear she cares a lot about looking presentable and she is never spotted looking anything less than perfect.

Clothing

Charlotte dresses herself like she's the queen of her own country. Her clothing is expensive and made with the utmost attention to detail. Lottie has closets full of dresses, yet she feels like she never has enough. Her preferred shades to wear are light hues of pink and blue, aside from neutrals like cream and black. She often dons a corset, as is custom for ladies of her social status in Ashmoor. She is quite the trendsetter and always dons the latest fashions.  She adores wearing tasteful jewelry, mostly pearls, but nothing beats diamonds. Her blonde hair always looks phenomenal and is often decorated with pins, or done up.

Pristine and elegant, principled and strong-willed, effortlessly confident. Belonging to the Winter family, Charlotte is unsurprisingly the Queen Bee. She is what is considered 'royalty' in Ashmoor, so she expects everyone to treat her like it. She's the crème de la crème and acts this confident too. Her attitude towards life is selfish, a tad arrogant, and sassy. What Charlotte wants, Charlotte will get through charming manipulation. She is extremely aware and focused on her social surroundings. She's highly educated and cunning: a master of social situations. It's clear to say she thrives in social situations, easily gathering the love and devotion of the masses.

Deep down, Chalote is a very caring and thoughtful girl who cares about her family and friends. She is aware she is lucky to have found people around her that allow her to flourish and she is very protective of them. She has natural leadership skills and is a highly effective organizer. When she says she’ll do something, she keeps her word. Even though she's extremely popular and confident, few know her confidence is not as solid as she makes it seem to be: she is easy to be taken by the insecurity of not being fit for leadership. Had it not been for the support of her loved ones, Charlotte's crown would have been crushed a long time ago.

She is extremely dedicated to her family and her way of life. Charlotte'ss dedication is made possible by a strong will, and she doesn't give up her beliefs because of simple opposition. She defends her ideas and principles relentlessly, yet her views of the world can also make her very judgemental. She is a strong adherent to tradition and when suddenly forced to try unvetted solutions, she becomes uncomfortable and stressed.

EARLY YEARS

Charlotte Alicent Winter was born as one of the younger children of Reginald and Elizabeth Winter. Being born in the Winter family meant that from an early age, the girl was regarded as important as royalty by both insiders and outsiders. It was something Charlotte's parents always implemented on their children: they deserved to be in this position.

Charlotte wasn't an easy child. She was stubborn and spoilt, and it showed. Thankfully, early years serve as a great mechanism to shape children into what parents expect them to be. And Elizabeth expected her children, especially the girls, to be perfect. After all, every Winter should behave like the dignified rulers they were, blessed by Renestrae. From a young age, Charlotte learned that she should always look and act like a proper elegant lady.

TEENAGE YEARS

Her early teenage years taught Charlotte to be pristine and principled. She had been provided with the best tutors and took an interest in (art) history, philosophy and divinity. She turned from a believer to a devout follower of the Faith of Renestrae, just like her parents willed it. Her stubbornness got subdued, if only her spoilt nature did too.

By her late teens, it was clear that Charlotte was her parents' favourite child. She was the perfect combination of her father's leadership skills and her mother's gift for socialization. Everybody loved Charlotte, and she grew to be quite popular in the Ashmoor social scene. Wrapping people around her finger was like a second nature to her, and she loved to do it. Instead of showing her stubborn nature to outsiders, she focused to being able to manipulate people in a socially acceptable fashion.

ADULTHOOD

Once Charlotte reached adulthood she had become an attractive and captivating young girl. A suitable match for anyone her family would approve of. She has known a handful of serious suitors but her parents haven't settled on a match yet. And where there are suitors, there are even more admirers. While she adores the attention, none of her admirers have been able to meet her exceptionally high standards.

NOW

By now, Charlotte has become the Queen Bee of the Ashmoorian social scene. She is the definition of popular. Where she goes, others follow. Thankfully she has a handful of friends around that know the real her. Aside from her family, especially her cousins, who she has always been close to.
