Isabella prefers to dress in flowy, bright colors with floral patterns. She is not afraid to get a little dirty, and often has some dirt on her clothes from her gardening. Her mother used to hate that. She wears her mother's wedding ring on her right index finger ever since she passed.

Isabella is a soft-spoken, calm person. She has a strong need to protect others, but she has no agressive bone in her body. She is nurturing, a caregiver, and often lets others walk all over her. She is not very good at taking care of herself - the type of person to put herself on fire in order to keep somebody else warm. She is quite superstitious and has all kinds of little rituals that she needs to do to believe that everything will be alright. For example; while her divination works through plants, she also has the superstition that she can force good things to happen by taking good care of her plants. It will often feel like a personal failure when bad things do indeed happen; she has a tendency to think that she could have done more. Isabella prefers to keep herself busy, so that she doesn't have to think too much. She is happiest between her plants, far away from the real world, although she is also a social individual, who needs contact with other people to feel really alive.

Isabella's divination is expressed through her plants. For people she wants to keep tabs on, so to speak, she chooses a specific plant that makes her think of them. Through the way these plants grow or wither, she can tell in very general terms what is going on with them or what will happen to them. A plant that is dying might signify that the person is dying; but it could go deeper as well. Maybe there is a weed growing on the plant, maybe signaling a web or lies. Maybe the plant suddenly grows a beautiful flower, showcasing that the connected person will suddenly bloom as well; maybe they will receive a position of power, maybe they will fall in love. Isabella's predictions get more accurate when she gets to know the plants and the people they represent better. She can also make predictions on the fly, for people she has never met before, by using wild plants; maybe one of them speaks to her. This will never give accurate predictions, however, since the signals could be interpreted in many different ways. When she gets a new client she will regularly have to predict for, or when e.g. a new baby is born into the family, she will often let them come with her (when they get old enough..) when she goes to find a plant. It makes it easier to form the connection, and gives her a chance to get to know them. Isabella sometimes believes that she can influence the future through how she takes care of her plants, although this is pure superstition ofcourse.

Isabella is the youngest of the three daughters of Theon and Elizabeth Rizal. She was the golden child: the only one of the three who was born with the gift of divination. Her parents have always made it clear that she was the favorite. She was coddled as a child, but it was also always made clear that she had to be perfect. Although Isabella didn't grow up with her siblings, she did grow up with her niece Alyssia, the daughter of her oldest sister Camilla, and also a divination sorcerer. Although their personalities are very different, they became quite close. When her parents died, Isabella was completely lost. She had predicted it would happen, but didn't yet trust on her instincts and her power as much as she should have. It was mistake she would never make again. Wihtout the constant pressure of her parents, she floated for a bit, not knowing what to do or who to be now. Eventually, she started using her plants not only for the people of her family, but also for others and sometimes just for the plants itself - becoming a herbalist and providing the townfolk with healing plants and predictions at the same time.

- She still has the empty pots that used to have the plants of her parents; she left them untouched after taking out the dead plants the day after their funural.
- Isabella has a greenhouse in the garden of the house; she spends most of her time here and sometimes likes to sleep there, looking up at the stars through the roof.
- Isabella is aware that her sister Camilla does not actually have the divination magic, even though she claims it; but she keeps the secret for her sister.
