Crown Princess of Ravaryn
Arianna Ylindar
The princess had already prepared for the guards to 'guide' him to the throne room as soon as he set foot inside the grounds. To say she was both surprised and irritated by his sudden appearance would be a good way to describe how she was feeling. Most of all, however, she was just relieved. Relieved that he was still alive and hopefully well. As she was seated on the thorne that would one day be hers, she waited. It would not be long, she had been told, until he was brought to her. By all means he would think it was his uncle, the King, speaking to him, but he was in luck. Arianna had always had a soft spot for the troublemaker that knew how to make her smile.

if i told you about
the darkness inside of me,
would you still look at me
like i'm the sun?

Ravaryn Royal Family
Vox Ylindar
I can hear the wolves, they're howling.
The last few months had definitely been... adventurous to say the least. He'd been away from the castle, away from that god forsaken city for the first time in his life. And what had it brought him, you might ask? Well, quite a lot actually. For starters, Vox knew for certain he could never survive on his own out there. His mind was simply too chaotic, too impulsive, to let him function well enough. And for seconds, Vox hated being alone. It had been quite depressing a couple of weeks, having not a lot of people to talk to. Sure, he made a friend here and there, but more often than he wanted, he tought about home.
And here he was again. He had expected the kind of welcome he had gotten, being escorted by guards towards the throne room. No doubt that his uncle wanted to know if he had gone insane. He would get the usual preaching of 'having to protect the country' and 'I can't let you out of my sight in fear that you might tear someone apart'. But the latter only happened once a month and Vox was ready and proud to tell Orion that nothing of the sort had happened. At least, that he knew of.
The royal nephew looked far from his best, dressed in clothes that didn't make him stand out too much, his hair messy and a few dirt marks here and there. But aside from his usual pale complexion he appeared in healthy condition. Vox was both nervous and excited to see his uncle again. Nervous for the punishment that would most definitely come, excited to be around family again. He wondered how his favorite niece was doing, if she already knew he was here.
The grande doors opened towards the throne room, and Vox strode in. "Surpriseee! I'm still alive! And so is-" he stopped talking, luckily so, when he saw who sat on the throne before him. Not his uncle. Nope. It was his favorite niece. "Wait.... You're here.... Not.... Uncle. Wait... Did he die?" he immediately asked as he stared right at Arianna. He wouldn't do that... would he?

@Arianna
I'm thinking way too much,
But I can't help myself,
I don't want to be like them,
Oh I know, we're barely alive.

Arianna Ylindar
When the doors to the throne room opened she felt herself automatically straighten her back a little. It was a habit that came naturally to her, as if she was meant to sit the throne one day.. She did not have much time to consider it; as expected her cousin made the grand entrance he had probably thought of on the way here. What he hadn't accounted for, however, was her on the throne, not her father.
