He hated walking around in public like this. Without his armor he was just.. naked. Okay not really naked, the thick black robes still billowed around him, but you get the point. He wasn't used to walking around the castle without his armor and it showed. Where he normally walked around like he owned the place now he stepped lightly and quick.
But the gods damned note had been very specific in where he should leave his helmet, and he had to say, it wasn't a nice note thank you very much.
But it had been signed by the high priestess so he had to obey. He always had to obey.
Knocking slowly on the door of the estate he stepped back, crossed his arms and nodded at a maid who opened the door and let him inside. Stepping through the hallways till he stopped at the enterance.. or did you call it exit? to the veranda. A steaming cup of tea and beside it.
Smirking he bowed. "M'am, such a lovely sight for sore eyes."

The gray, stone walls of the estate held many memories for the silver haired woman. As a High Priestess, she spent most of her time within the Ishgard temple now. Enough time to make Ishgard fall for her little act, at least. While the dark mage did believe within the mighty black blear, her opinion on Raanan’s will for his followers was different than most. Why would he have created humans, if they weren’t going to be using the intellect and intelligence given by him and his siblings? Wouldn’t he have liked their creation to thrive? Even if it meant for them to betray the laws written by mortals? It wasn’t Raanan himself who explicitly decided to forbid dark magic, wasn’t it. It were the elves and humans, the mortals who came to this decision. If anything, Camilla worshipped the black bear in her own, unique way. By optimizing every opportunity he would send her way.
While the woman drowned within this string of thoughts, a familiar face appeared before her eyes. She had not noticed his entrance, nor his footsteps at all. With a slight smirk, her eyes shortly rolled backwards at his greeting. “Spare me the silky words, Altahar.” She answered, while gesturing towards the seat beside the other end of the small, veranda table. “Have a seat,” the Priestess continued as she waited for the knight to take place. In the meantime, she started to pour him a cup of the freshly made, herbal tea. She wouldn’t even care to ask if he wanted any. Who didn’t want to enjoy a nice cup of tea with an old acquaintance? ”So, I guess the reason behind the invitation is clear, is it not?” She asked him after putting down the pot, curious to hear about his first encounter with Arianna.

He normally wasn't all about tea parties and having fun. Actually, he never was like that. But for a woman he knew so long, someone who had taken him in when he was at his lowest.. yeah, he would always make time for her.
Taking seat across from her he pulled his cape right. Watching her pour the tea with delicacy he smiled softly.
"It is not a hard question no."
He replied to the woman. The high priestess.
He had met her when he was a boy, not really he had been a young man already, but she had inspired something in him. A fire that he tended to till this day. She was.. An inspiration in a certain way and he knew that it was a dangerous position to be in.
Zain had placed himself in the mids of court life with his desire to climb higher in the ranks. It had been totally different from everything he had ever learned with his parental figure.. In a certain way Cam had also begun to feel like a parental figure, even though they were way closer in age than his.. father.
He swallowed, shaking the thoughts from his mind before stirring his tea slowly. "The princess, excuse me, crown princess."
He had actually been offended, his skills were better in an active war zone, not being paraded around like some shiny new toy.
"She is.. interesting to say the least."
He mentioned casually, sipping his tea and watching the woman with a slightly raised eyebrow. "And I do believe you have had something to do with my placement?"
