Lush garden

The Sun Sister was a few days away from home. She traded meat and silk on the market and now that everything was sold, she wandered around the Capitol. Al-Qahil was big. There were still streets where she didn't come across yet. The white buildings shimmered in the bright sunlight. Atlatonan was wearing a red loose shirt, sandcolored pants and sandals on her feet. Her fingernails were dipped in a brown substance, that turned red when it dried. She tried to paint her hands with it, kind of floral, but she wasn't the greatest artist.

The woman pushed a strand of hair back behind her ear. She was walking to the gardens surrounding the Palace. Mostly palmtrees, coconut trees and stiff, prickly vegitation were found in the gardens. She didn't travel trough the rest of the world, but she heard about gardens with beautiful flowers and big green trees. Even the trees in her home town were on the smaller side. Atla decided to sit down under one of the palmtrees and looked up, shielding her eyes from the sun with her hand.
