Atlatonan Nanauatzin

Details

Atlatonan clearly comes from Xaila. She has dark eyes, black hair and tanned skin. Her hair is often in a long braid that reaches to her hips. She mainly wears loose clothing in the colors red and gold. To protect her eyes from the sun she wears a large hat or she opts for 'sand goggles'. Atlas beauty lies in its simplicity.

Atla is a complicated person. She is stubborn and does not easily confide in anyone. The young woman mainly counts on herself and her own strength. Because of this she is very quiet and observant. Despite her strength, she likes to take a more stealthy approach, both in interaction with others and in combat. People describe her as mysterious, aloof and gruff. However, as a Sun Sister, she is often a helping hand to her people. When she confides in you, it opens up more of her secrets.

BURNING
Light manipulation can center on one point, allowing the heat of the sunlight to set the object, place or another being on fire or cause it to heavely burn. However, this is slow and not as effective as setting something directly on fire.

ABSOLUTE LIGHT
Trough Light Manipulation Atlatonan can amplify the sunlight in such a way that the entire room becomes dazzlingly light. This manipulation usually only takes effect up to 150m from her.

BLINDNESS INDUCEMENT
She can induce temporary or permanent blindness in other beings and greatly hinder opponents by taking away one of their most important sensory abilities.

Atlatonan does not have a rich history. She was born and raised in Zahriyan. Her mother was a Sun Sister and only used her father to make sure her name didn't die out. Atlatonan and Ana were therefore alone. She has no other siblings.

The girl left home as a teenager to discover The Infernal Wilds and then travel on to Xaila, Solaris and come back home via Lumino. Back in the village, she was told that her mother had died. The circumstances have remained unknown to her. To honor her mother, Atla decides to join the Sun Sisters. There she learns to use her Sun Magic better.

• Nanauatzin is the Aztec god of self-sacrifice, courage and bravery, and light. He was considered the father of the Sun.
