Annoyingly handsome and he knows it. Theo is slightly taller than average; with broad shoulders and an air of confidence around him, he is quite the presence. He has piercing blue eyes and dark, deep brown hair with a reddish sheen to it that reveal his ginger genes along with the freckles on his light face. His hair is always neatly combed back. He has a wide smile that could also be described as a boyish grin, depending the circumstances. His ears are pointy and slightly large. His hands are large and soft, with neat nails and decorated with silver rings. He is generally very well-groomed.

Theo is someone who cares about himself and his own interests the most. He's arrogant and selfish and quite dominant. Quite the smooth talker, it's easy to think he's trustworthy. He's not, though. He will always go after his own best interests and isn't afraid to use others to get his way. Calm and collected, he rarely lashes out. Still, the weight his calm words hold can be even scarier.

He is attracted to both men and women and has known many romantic partners. However, he has never been in love and doesn't believe he can (or should). He's completely fine with this, though, and enjoys the freedom it gives him. The only people he's ever truly loved are his siblings.

Theo was born as the second Villiers child
Growing up, he was already dominant and a bit of a bully
Didn't excel in his classes as he didn't really care enough; smart enough to still somewhat pass
Started helping out in the family business as soon as he could, as he thought that was much more interesting
All the while participating in high society; not looking for someone to settle down with, though
At a certain point he got more responsibilities. He was allowed to act as bailiff for the bank, checking up on people who did not pay off their loan and confiscating their goods or making new contracts where necessary.
This is now his job, for which he receives a salary from the bank. He uses this money to buy little plots of land in the agrarian ring and make deals with farmers who exploit them, receiving a certain percentage of their sales along with rent for the land.
Any money he has left is spent on cigars and prostitutes.
