He had heard here and there of the funny little guard boy that his brother had appointed to Alison. He had seen him from time to time from afar. And every god damn time he had to hold in his laughter. How did they even find that little dude. Like. How did you not run him over with a horse or something? Could you even see him when crossing the street? How many times was he mistaken for a kid? Oh he bet it was a lot. Poor dude didn't even seem to have any facial hair. He wondered how old the guy was... Because well, if you asked him he would have thought that he was like... 15? Or something. At least not very old. It really made him question if the guard was even suited for the position.

So that's why he invited the little guy over today. He had simply requested him to join him in the gardens. As the Winter was waiting for him, he was already speaking to one of his own guards. He knew that he shouldn't do this. But he also knew that if Edward were to hear of this, he could always weave a story around it. Simple as that.
