Tall, dark and handsome. Piercing blue eyes with a playfull and flirtatious smile. Calloused hands from working as a glass smith for many years.

Yadriel has been fairly alone all his life, but despite that, he is a kind and open soul. He enjoys making people laugh and convert. He is naturally easygoing but still an introverted man. It takes time for him to trust people, and he hasn't met many people to call his own. He is quite confident. Even though he suffers from amnesia, he has been able to make something of himself. He knows who he is and what he stands for. 

He is passionate about his craft, which he works on day and night. You could classify him as a workaholic, always thinking and working on projects. To him, it's a way to honor Ranaan, implimenting many of her likenesses in objects and windows. He strives to reach levels of definity with his work. To get people closer to their beloved deity. To see, touch, and feel it through glass sculptures, colorful stained-glass depictions, and religious objects.

Yadriel suffers from amnesia. He does not know where he came from, who his family is, or what happened to him to lose his memory. For that same reason, he is not sure how old he actually is. He only remembers his name.

He was found unconscious on the riverbank of the Crystal Stream. Almost frozen to death. With only the clothes on his back, nothing else. No hint or clue to where he might have come from. The man who found him took him to Ishgard, helped him recover, and, over time, took him on as an apprentice. The man, Sigval Casterel, had no family of his own, so Yadriel was allowed to take on his surname, though he was never a father to him. This happened about fifteen years earlier. Sigvald taught him the craft of glasssmithing, and after his death, Yadriel took over his smithy. He has been alone ever since. Working and perfecting his craft. He has become a specialist in stained glass decorations for churches, castles, and buildings alike.
