Ocean breeze

Fresh wind stroked past her face as she walked across the boardwalk that formed the barrier between a couple of shops and the sea beyond. It felt good to once again feel it she noted, even if she loved her underwater home, she could not help but prefer the open sky. Though ofcourse it came at the cost of a beautiful sea view that was ought to find thrill in any biologist. After a couple of years, you were sure to have seen it all, still making it pretty, but not as interesting as it had been before. And so, she looked around a bit more after she had dropped Ray of at his destination. After the two of them had visited his lovely mother. Some wedding preparations or something- all that really mattered was the fact she was not allowed to go with. Which nibbed at her curious mind very rudely.

Oriana had never been able to handle not knowing something. It had been why she had chosen the career she had chosen and it was why she was known for being quite nosey. But fine- traditions or whatever, dumb but oke. And to be fair- she loved the fact her fiancee was not allowed to know what her dress was going to be like, so she supposed it was quite fair, yet still very annoying at the same time.

She sighed deciding to just sit down somewhere and enjoy the lovely ocean views in the meantime. Today had been a great day so there was no use in bickering with herself about desperately wanting to know what Ray was up to. With a smile on her face she sat down on a bench that had been a few metres up ahead. It came in luck she had brought her sketchbook she thought as she looked out over the waves. Grabbing her art supplies from her bag, this would make a great opportunity to finalize some sketches she was working on for her newest study on Seaslugs.
