❝ Would you peel an orange for me? ❞
After arriving in Lythrania he hadn't had much time to prepare himself before it had become clear that his client, miss Chaska Vylasar, was about to go into labour. What was supposed to be a quiet and easy start to his life in the underwater city, had been disrupted with chaos, yelling and the eventual first scream of a newborn baby. Noe had delivered a few children by now, but everytime it happened he was still fascinated by how precious the little ones were. Having made sure that the young lady and her daughter were fine, he had left them be so that family and friends could have time with the two of them. He was often against this kind of interaction with new mothers as they often needed as much rest as they could get. Not only that, but the change could also have backlash on the mental and emotional state of the patient. All he could do for now was give his medical advice and let it be for what it was.

He was now walking back from the place staying it. Having just done his check up on some of his supplies as well as unpack a bit more he had checked the time. He knew it be a good idea to go check up on the young lady. Having received no urgent messages or word of mouth that she needed any help, he had taken the time to catch up on her medical reports from her healer back in Moonbright. Reading up on the spell that was preformed on her for her illness. He knew that today he would have to try and get her to do treatment. So, he would weigh his options and see if she was strong enough to endure it. He had written some new notes on the spell as well. Seeing a connection in the written history of her condition on a similar disease he had once treated far up north. However, to fully prepare that he would have to wait for his order to arrive from Ishgard. That could take weeks, if not months, if his letter were to be received by his old friend. He could only hope it did.

The tall moon elf greeted the guards happily as he walked inside the palace. First looking around, before finally being escorted to the right room. He was dressed in mostly white and blues, having changed his Ravaryn wardrobe for the one he usually wore when he was in Lemuria. It was more loose and carried more of a certain grace to the style than the uptight and heavily woven clothes of the north. This was only natural, as there was no need here for anything that would protect them from icy winter storms.

He gently knocked on the door, waiting for Chaska or someone to give the word for him to enter. A gentle and bright smile weaved on his face as he stepped in. "Good afternoon lady Vylasar," he said as he bowed his head a bit and put his bag on the table. He then turned around and approached the new mother. "With the chaos of the past few days I haven't yet been able to introduce myself properly. I am Noe Holme, your new main healer as requested by your family," his smile widened a bit. "I will be staying in Lythrania for the time being so that I can look after you and your daughter, during this time I would also like to evaluate your overal situation in regards to the treatment you underwent in Moonbright for your condition," He liked to put the plan in front of his patients, especially in cases like these where the person in question might not be informed at all. "But you do not need to worry about that at all right now..." he assured her. "How are you doing today?" A simple and easy start, he could build further on that one easy question once that was answered.
