CUte and precious and believes in the good of everyone. Golden retrievercore, a bit shy and reserved. Very serious. And so on.

He can heal and it's all he can do so he's pretty good at it since it's his job, he's only trained it for his entire life and his genetic unknown heritage is from a healing moon elf line.
Backlash if he pushes himself too much, the healing converts to similar damage on his own body, which can result in heavy illness or wounds and eventual death.

- Mother was travelling to Ishgard, gave premature birth and passed away in Sleetspire during labour
- Unsure who the mother was, what her reason for being there was etc, Noe was put in an orphanage
- Adopted pretty quickly because of his odd pure white hair by wealthy people from Ishgard who thought the boy to be pretty
- Raised in Ishgard along his adoptive siblings
- Met Felix Ylindar and became besties
- Learned he was a moon elf with moon magic, healing
- Parents encourage him to pursue being a healer, this pushed him to go back and forth each year to Moonbright and back home to learn about his abilities (Think like a schoolyear and he's home for the holidays, but majority of the time he was in Moonbright studying under moon elves/healers)
- His healing abilities develops a lot, he's quite talented
- Felix gets cursed and Noe gets even more motivated to develop his healing skills even more
- Remains in Lemuria for longer periods of times to get a full degree as a healer/doctor, he graduates as top student of the 'academy'
-  When returning home he learns his friend had fled, he return to Lemuria to find him
- On request was asked to travel to Lythrania for the care of Chaska Vylasar

- Thanks to Noe's home situation being up north he has had some lessons and theory studies from healers who do not use magic. This has allowed him to learn a lot about herbs and their healing properties as well as use natural remedies.
- His favourite animals are swans because he thinks it's cute how they seemingly are such romantic creatures.
- Loves romance books, reads a lot, bit of a nerd.
- His hair darkened slightly as he got older. It now has a bit of a silvery look, but originally it was pure white.
