Details

Rhayella has quite a healthy figure, and although she has a lean and slender build, the woman has slight curves as well. Her frizzy and curly hair is carefully maintained and braided, ensuring that it is kept out of the way. At times a few wisps of hair will carefully drape her face. She has quite a proud appearance, her facial expressions being warm and tender but at the same time stern.

She is most often dressed in soft colors that are seemingly natural. Like greens, browns and blues. She tends to be dressed simple, with not too much jewelry, although she has about three earrings in her ears. Most of all, like her husband the woman is dressed practically.

Rhayella her dark eyes are like deep, warm pools or might make one think of embers in a fire. Her soft skin, is not as dark as could be, although certainly darker than most.

Rhayella grew up under the care of honest and gentle people. Her adoptive mother was a warm and understanding person that managed to be forgiving but at the same time stern enough to guide two young people into their adulthood.

Her father was very punctual and believed that it was important for anyone to follow the rules and keep promises. Even if it seemed impossible. This caused her to be slightly afraid of being late at anything. Even if it is just feeding the dogs.

Rhayella did not need to fear being honest, as honesty was held in high regard in the family and her brother would help her whenever she felt vulnerable sharing the truth. The fact that Rhayella’s adoptive father eventually was caught with another woman, did cause her to change in personality. Although warm and forgiving at most times, she could not and has not forgiven her adoptive father. Instead bonding more strongly with her husband and mother after it.

Rhayella lives quite far away from the source of magic and as such her uses of it have transformed. The woman is not the kind of person to use magic as a form of attack. If anything it has found its use through her fear of fire and the leather spellbook that is the only object from her first family that has survived the accident like she did.

In her case the only way she can really use the magic is by either forming such small flames in her hands that it creates warmth, ensuring that the cold can not really grasp her. In a closed off room she might eventually be able to warm up the room as well, creating kind of a shield of warmth, this however would very much tire her as well as take over half an hour to do. The focus is most of the time not worth it.

If she uses another part of her favorite words in the spellbook, as she has exactly two spells as of now that she prefers to use. She can control the flames in the hearth for example. Pushing the flames away from her or strengthening them. In any case she can not really start a fire or make fireballs. Even if she lived closer to the source, her specialty would probably still be producing the soft and comforting parts of fire or defense with fire instead of offense.

Rhayella was born as the third daughter to two humans.
Her life started quite normal, and while her parents were not remarkably well-known in their community, her mother was quite loved. As she was known for her knowledge and skills.
While Rhayella, her sisters and parents were traveling, there was an accident which caused the carriage to catch fire. Killing her parents and sisters in the process.
Due to a hit to her head Rhayella lost almost all her memories, and because of walking away from the crash site at least a little bit, the girl was soon on her own.
Five year old Rhayella was found by a human couple, who originated from Woodpine but had been traveling around the world to write books about flora and fauna.
No living relatives had been found, and due to the fact that the child seemed to fear the other humans. It was decided that the people that found her would take care of her. As if she was their own.
Rhayella’s adoptive parents went back with her to their home in Woodpine, where she met her big brother.
Her older brother by ten years grew very close with her and was quite protective over young Rhayella.
While Rhayella grew up with loving adoptive parents and brother, she was remarkably uncomfortable near others, because some made fun of her different appearance.
Rhayella did start to come out of her shell more when her brother started to teach her how to care for dogs and other animals.
The years flew by fast, and Rhayella had grown into a beautiful and kind woman.
She met Everett and fell in love quite suddenly.
Everett returned her feelings and asked her to be his wife, after a successful reindeer hunt.
Trusting her fiance was a struggle at first, especially since she learned that her father had been cheating on her mother.
Her father had impregnated a far younger woman, and as such she would become a big sister for the first time.
It caused a lot of heartache for Rhayella who tried to be there for her mother.
Rhayella also needed more time with her husband and although she at times was overly emotional. She seemed to grow even closer.
She found out she was pregnant and could not have been happier.
A few months into the pregnancy Rhayella learned that her brother had died. Everett’s family being the cause.
Everett was arrested and kept in custody for quite some time. Rhayella visited him, but seemed quite harsh at times.
Hormones and emotional distress made her life a living hell.
Everett was found innocent of the charges against him, and was forced to  promise to bring his brother to justice.
The fact that he left her to deal with the rest of her pregnancy alone, broke her heart.

Rhayella is very fond of the sun.
Rhayella fears fire, even though she never really shows it.
Rhayella is known to be forgiving. Although it sometimes comes with a price.
At the moment Rhayella is pregnant with her first child.
Rhayella is called Ella by her husband.
Rhayella calls her husband “her sun” and her unborn child. “her star”.
Believes in Xeion as it is one of the few things she remembers from her biological parents.
