Details

Robin is pretty average in looks. She isn't the tallest or buffest or whatever. But she does have this strong build about her. You can clearly see how well trained she is. Her body is perfectly balanced and one could see how good she keeps up with her training. She is flexible, fast, strong, everything a warrior should be. Her body tainted by many scars of battle and encounters with the enemy. She is clearly experienced and has seen her share of fights. Luckily for her no scars seem to taint her face or leave a noticeable mark. She wears her scars with pride and would never hide them. Which is honestly just the general demeanour she has about herself. Demanding, fierce, prideful. She carries herself with certain grace, which mostly comes from her feminine body, but even despite that she just has this... Air about her. Not necessarily cocky, but just a sort of confident. She knows her limits very well, but also her capabilities.

She has a bit of a darker skin and even darker, wavy hair. She often carries it in braids and ties it back so she doesn't have to worry about it when doing her work. She has a very beautiful face despite it all. Her features really show that she is a good looking woman, but it's clear she doesn't spend a lot of time on appearances. She cares about results and about her duty. This is reflected in the fact that she isn't afraid of getting dirty. Living in the forest and all that, it would always leave that sense of 'wild' to a person. But Robin? She almost embodies that.

Often dressed in combat clothing, she is rarely seen in anything else. Her clothing is made just for her so she can easily shift between her animal form and human form. By using straps the clothing doesn't shred to pieces when shifting. All she has to do when shifting back to her human form is adjust the straps back to their original size and she has a perfectly fit armour. However, she often really uses this feature, preferring to take things off when shifting as it can interfere with her concentration and magic.
Personality
Constellation The Bear
Alignment True neutral

Robin is a fierce and brutal woman. She doesn't take shit from anyone and will stand up for what she think is right. Despite the fact that she is quite the lonely individual, she actually makes quite a good leader. She is fearless, knows where she stands and can keep a level head in every situation. Her calm demeanour combined with her fiery ways make her a difficult person to read. She always has this stern expression on her face, rarely showing how she feels. She knows her duty and acts accordingly. Robin lives by the rules rather closely and would go to immense lengths to follow them. However, she could also break them just as easily. Bin has this sense of justice, but also duty... Which leads her to be a fierce protector of what she loves. Her heart lays with her family, her tribe. For her it's not only ties of blood, but also found family that is very important. She would hold a grudge easily and go to extreme lengths to get her revenge, especially when a loved one is involved. One could say that she loses herself in it, but in reality she is very logical about it. An eye for an eye is something she takes quite literally.

Robin doesn't get emotional easily, but when she does this often translates back into anger. The only way she knows how to express herself is by using a sense of violence. But thanks to her calm personality, she can easily direct this to the right person. This isn't always a blessing, however, as she does generalize a lot of things. The fact she absolutely hates outsiders due to one incident, taking her revenge on any of them, is prove of this. She doesn't see any redeeming qualities in them and her judgement is that murdering them is the only solution. This is one of many examples where she takes justice in her own hands, not listening to the ways her tribe would handle it. She could be described as a heartless killer, going out of her way to hunt intruders down and making them suffer. It all stems from this sense of protection and justice. In her head this has to happen. In her head all those people are the same. She isn't one to hesitate or show mercy, once her mind is set she will always finish the job.

That hard and extreme shell she has build around herself seems like a way to protect herself. But why she is the way she is... She honestly doesn't know it herself. It's just how she always has been. She had to grow up fast and so she did. The tribe needed a huntress, so she became one. And when the universe demanded blood for blood, she became a killer. She is the type of woman that doesn't regret the decisions she makes, a woman of honour that would keep her head high despite it all. She always claims to know what is best for her people and will rarely listen to others opinions. Headstrong, stubborn. Those traits aren't easy to deal with and can really get under ones skin if it goes too far. But she can remain so calm and level headed through it all. So calm and calculated. Does she ever even crack?

She does, and that is with family. She has an overprotective side to her. A loving side. But Robin doesn't know how to show it to people. That's why she would often leave presents. It's easier for her to give something then to say loving words. Cold and distant as she might seem, she really has this very warm side to her. She is a wonderful storyteller, a very creative soul even. She isn't particularly friendly, however. Always so bluntly honest and straight forward with her words it's sometimes tough to learn to appreciate her. But she really means well, despite it all. And even though it is difficult for her, she tries to show it in her own little ways. Which, in its own right, proves even more how much she truly cares.

Expertise Shapeshifting

Ever since Robin was little she was able to change into her other form, a jaguar, quite easily. When she was younger, this form was small and cute and rather harmless. Something that was easily managed by the people around her. But as she got older, so did her wild side. Robin never experienced any problems shifting and has always been able to remain in her form longer than others, but she has a tendency to get a bit lost to her animalistic side. It's as if she is a bit too well in perfect sync with her inner kitty, really feeling the form as if she was really born in it. The dangers that come with this is that, when things get really heated, that animalistic side can really get a grip on her. The longer she remains in her jaguar form, the more she feels her rational thoughts slip. Emotions can really be an influence on her when it really matters. Therefore she is forced not to remain a jaguar for too long, as a bewildered jaguar isn't something one would want around people. It could be compared to a rabid animal almost.

As a jaguar Robin is quite the sight to behold. She is average in size, being around the weight and height of a normal female jaguar. Her coloration seems very vibrant compared to others, having a healthy shine in her coat that indicate how healthy and strong she is. She is quite bulky, which shows how much effort she puts in training both her human and wild side. She has striking green eyes, even in this form. She has the same bite force as a normal jaguar, which allows her to crush a lot of stuff between her jaws. She has a natural tendency to hunt like natural jaguars. Her kills can therefore be very brutal and extreme.

She has never really trained to shift into anything else and she doesn't have a desire to do so. If she were to try, practice, she would be able to shift into smaller animals for a very short time. To her it feels like fitting clothing that just doesn't fit and is really uncomfortable. She will always avoid these things as it's just not a very pleasant thing for her.
History
When Nova found out she was pregnant, the father of her child had already left the tribe. A childhood friend she had gotten too close with on the night before he ran away. The rest of the tribe proclaimed the young man to be missing and eventually dead when he did not return for months, but Nova knew better, as he had told her of his plans. The man was like no other in the tribe, a jaguar shapeshifter who lived a fierce and feral life even from a young age. Breaking rules, being rowdy, unattached to the rest of the tribe... Eventually it was too much for him to live within the rules of such community, feeling like a solo life was more for him. So that was just what he did, leaving his friend pregnant with his daughter, never to been seen again by either of them.

Robin was born during frostcrown under the bear. She enjoyed a relatively simple early childhood. Her mother wasn't perfect, but she made it work. The first few years she was able to make it work, at least. Because after that, her little girl found out she was just like her father. She had the ability to shapeshift into a young jaguar. Still small and rather harmless it was easy to take care of the child. But as she grew older, so did her animalistic side. Robin had no control over her magic as a child, shifting whenever her body so pleased and leaving her mother frustrated whenever she would act like an animal. Because, at the end of the day, she was nothing like her daughter. She didn't understand what she was going through, what it was like to have this side to you. And that was just something she always had to deal with, for she never had someone growing up that shared her struggle with this kind of magic. Just like her father before her, Robin was labelled rowdy and somewhat feral from time to time. The tribe had seen it all before with her father, after all. She had inherited his jaguar almost perfectly and the way she developed over the years seemed to go parallel with that as well. She was so much like her father without her ever knowing it.

When she was six years old a group of strangers came to Aeredale and Robin responded in the only way she knew; aggression. She was hostile towards the outsiders, rather being too harsh on them then being too close. So when one of those men decided to spend more time with her mother, she felt betrayed. She would often shift in her animal form in attempts to scare him away, but sadly for her she was nothing more than a little kitten at the time. She couldn't scare anything away, so she did the best second thing that came to mind; just... Don't come home anymore. At first she thought that the man had taken her place, not really understanding the situation as she was still so young. So she packed her favourite toy and snack and swore she would go live on her own, cause you know that's all you need right? Luckily someone of the tribe caught her sneaking out of the house. She tried to put up a fierce act, but instead of being met by a harsh hand, she was met by a sort of kindness. She was taken in by the neighbours for the night, something that would happen quite often over the rest of her life.

After the men left Aeredale, Robin noticed that her mother seemed to have changed. She could smell it, feel it, and it made her uncomfortable. She remained with the neighbours for some time, helping them with weaving baskets and other chores while hiding from her mother. It was at this time that they started to grow apart and the little girl started to integrate more with the other people of the tribe. Essentially, she was being raised by everyone instead of just her mother. When Nova gave birth to her sister, however, that fate was sealed for her. Her mother didn't have any spare time for her eldest and so the young Robin just clung onto the life of being raised by several people. One man took her under his wing and learned her more about druidic magic, another woman learned her how to cook, another would read her stories about their history... It was the first thing where she differed from her father, because she slowly started to get more involved with the tribe, getting weaved into it's community as a child. It gave her something to hold onto. The entire tribe became her family and that meant more then anything else.

Robin had always been fierce, fearless even. And therefore it was decided that she would learn about Avalon's horrific history when she was only 10 years old. She understood, but it also made her so angry. The many stories and tales fuelled her mind with a desire that the lost serpent tribe all share; hate for outsiders. She swore to her ancestors and her tribe that she would do everything in her power to protect Avalon and it's people, never to let something like the crimson raid happen again. This little spark unfolded into a flame, one that could be harvested and so they did; she was taught how to wield a spear, a bow, a sword. Hand to hand combat training. And she was good at it. By Adelia she was fantastic at it. Her desire to be strong, to protect and to fight gave way to her motivation to always be better, become better. She became the prime example of a fierce young warrior, as a lot of people would praise her for her capabilities, hard work and talents. And those sweet words made it even better for her. She worked hard for her tribe, for her people, they were her everything.

When she turned 15 she was allowed to join on her first hunt. She wasn't able to catch anything. But she was allowed to join again, and again... And again. And after many tries she finally hit her target. The sensation of hunting finally caught on and at that moment she knew what she wanted to do with her life. She was allowed to train as a hunter from then on. First with a bow, then with a spear... But eventually she used her jaguar to hunt. The thrill of the hunt always getting the better of her, taking over her feral instincts and... It made her feel free. She developed a brutal, yet very efficient way of hunting with only using her magic. At first it was questionable, because she didn't have a good grip on herself whenever she was in the moment. She would devour prey herself, letting her animal side take more hold of herself. It took her many years, many hunts and many hours of meditating to finally get a hold of those animalistic impulses. She was lucky that it all ended the way it did, because she knew that if she didn't train it could have ended badly for someone... The jaguar had always been unpredictable, but at least she had a grip on it now.

Her animal size bulked out to it's maturity when she also came of age. She was put to the test and delivered perfectly thanks to her magic and calm mind. She was able to hold herself stable, which resulted in her catching a feast for the tribe. This occasion meant the beginning of her life as a fully fledged hunter for the tribe. It was celebrated, of course it was, and she was happy. It felt like she had worked towards this goal for her entire life and now that she was here, it just felt right. This was what she was meant to do. And she enjoyed it, she thrived with it. She preformed extremely well for her age, being well respected all around in the tribe for the work she delivered. The way she carried herself, dealt with situations and knew what things were of high importance lead to people flocking to her for advice, protection or a sense of leadership. However, it all felt like a lot for the young woman, as she was a very lonesome person despite it all. She always hunted alone, went on patrols alone and spent her free time alone. She was a solitary creature despite it all, isolated yet still so deeply integrated in the tribe. People saw this and respected her space, mostly out of fear for her demanding demeanour.

When she returned one day from a hunt, a successful one, she was met with a gruesome scene back at home. Her mother had died, murdered by outsiders. Her world seemed to slow down as soon as that realization hit. Her mother was gone in a blink and she didn't even have the time to say goodbye or make up for all the time she had neglected their relationship. All that lost time she never experienced with her due to her feelings towards the woman, all coming from her childhood. She had never been able to let go of that childish spite that had outgrown her in a form of ignorance. And now that it was all in front of her, Robin collapsed. She didn't realize how much she loved her mother until she was gone, a painful thing to realize. And the way she grieved was dangerous. For she didn't get sad or started crying. No, she became destructive and angry. She caught the smell of the people on her mothers corpse and left the tribe. Driven by revenge she tracked them down, killing them in her jaguar form, ripping them apart, being merciless in every way possible. It was more then just revenge, it was pure torture, punishment. Her grief translated into every possible physical way violence could be seen and felt. And she lost herself in her jaguar.

Robin roamed the forest for days, if not weeks, as her animal form. Attacking anyone on sight and living like an animal. It was only after several weeks of this extreme rash behaviour that she seemed to calm down. Finally being able to get control back over herself and transforming back. She returned to her tribe, carrying trophies to show her people what she had done. She was met with admiration for her work, but also a sense of injustice. Why had she not brought these men before her people? Yet Robin stood her ground and made herself be heard, her reasoning clear as day. She had not only sought out revenge for her mother, but left a message for any who would pass through the area. A shocking scene that any outsider could read. Mixed opinions, although mostly positive, were given to her. Perhaps mostly done out of a sense of worry for her mental well being. After all, she had just lost her mother and in her desperate attempt to do something had she destroyed life's, missing the funeral of her mother in the process. But she was numbed by it all, not realizing what it all meant. For this was just the beginning.

Robin was a changed woman after this. She became brutal, extreme in so many ways. She was calculated and cold to so many people. Still so solitary from everyone around her, her mere presence demanded respect from the people of her tribe. But she could sense that some feared her. Some that could see that feral side to her. She had embraced it and learned to thrive with it. Her way of letting her emotions out were through hunting and killing prey. One could always tell how she was feeling by how she brought prey in camp; a crucial telling point for her mood at any point in time. And what was strange as well, was the fact that she finally spoke up about her half sister. For where she never really mixed with Wren, she now had this extreme sense of duty towards her only remaining kin. Over the years that followed that duty grew a bit out of control. She became overprotective of her sister, almost like an overbearing mother. Robin would never admit the fact that she actually loved her sister, but she really did. A fear that one day someone could rip her away as well fuelled her to continue in whatever she set her mind to.

To this day she remains a well respected huntress in the tribe, doing a lot of her work on her own and rarely even socializing with others. She is a woman of duty and will act in favour of the tribe. But most importantly, family. The anger that had sprouted from the incident with her mother had never faded and, unbeknownst to the rest of the tribe, she took it upon herself to weed out anything wrong that set foot on their ground. Attacking and killing any outsider that would meet her. She would often not even give them time to reason. A brute in every way when it came to ending those lives. Her paranoia even started to become so bad that she started to distrust the other tribes, being rather hostile to them as well. So... One could only imagine what kind of things would go through her when one would mention outsiders taking shelter in those tribes. It was one of the things she was always on the lookout for.
