Antonia is quite the northern beauty. With her snow-white skin, icy blue eyes. And tall stature. The woman possesses raven black hair, which is an of long length and straight of nature. It isn't often done up in styles, but when it is, they are usually not very intricate. Thanks to her being rather slender, her figure. Which is an hourglass, comes through very clearly. Antonia has a sharp jawline, though the rest of her features are rather dainty. Having a petite nose, and large round eyes. With a mouth whose corners are naturally turned slightly upwards.

Clothing

Antonia doesn't wear very elaborate clothing, she makes sure she wears things that are pretty to look at, and still be practical. So she usually doesn't wear any type of corsets, or heavy layering. Yet, most of her clothing does incorporate a fair share of detail. Usually on the top parts of her garments. She also isn't known to wear much jewelry, perhaps a necklace and some earrings. But not much else. And even then they tend to be on the modest side. Not made of rich metals or possessing rare stones. Unlike most women, Antonia doesn't wear much make up. But then again; she doesn't really need it. Being so naturally beautiful. She does however take care of her appearance very thoroughly. Having certain routines for her hair, skin, ect.

Demeanor

She is very polite, and that reflects in the way she holds herself. Her posture, the way she walks. All of it. Antonia usually moves rather slowly and relaxed. She doesn't do things like fidget with her hands, or move her body from place to place. No, she keeps herself still most of the time. This can give her a little reserved, if not cold, feel. But she actually has a very kind face, which balance's her demeanor out very well. She has a kind of look about her that makes her very seem friendly and approachable. Yet refined and respectfull.

Antonia is a very gentle soul, who loves to help and take care of anybody who'll let her. For it's what she feels she does best. Though she, often, puts the needs of other before her own. Or goes above her limits. She'll never admit to it, though not to others and not to herself. Even though deep down; she does know it. Antonia learned to repress her own feelings and thoughts very well over the years. Always going along with the will of another. For she is scared to offend someone if she has any differing opinions, or whenever she suggests another course of action. She also has rather poor self-esteem. Antonia is often in battle with herself, a part of her fights for her to be heard and seen. For it is her right. Though it often loses that battle. Making Antonia feel as if she isn't smart or capable enough to express herself, often assuming that she is wrong anyway. Her self-doubt, also often keeps her from asking for help or assistance too. Not wanting to bother anyone. She often does things alone, and when she fails. Her first instinct is to blame in on herself and her own weakness. Antonia is, despite this, not a typically shy. She'll gladly talk to anyone who engages in conversation with her. And will even start them herself if she knows the person well enough. Though, she tries to keep her answers as general and inoffensive as possible. But the more you get to know her, the more she lets herself go, making jokes here and there. Though, they will almost always be innocent. As she would never be able to laugh at someone's expense, being a very empathic person. She is also rather intelligent, and interested in many things. Though she often keeps them to herself. Studying and reading alone. Thanks to her often holding her tongue, she never complains about anything. And just accepts things without question. She is very religious, though, and takes great comfort in her faith. She is often seen praying, visiting churches etc. She believes that everything is part of some grand design, and so on should never deviate from the path that is already set out for you. It is a big reason why she is so dutiful.

Antonia never had a "formal" job before, though she had many unofficial ones. From a young age, she was forced to take over the role of mistress of the house. Directing servants, and even helping them with chores. Thanks to this, she is very used to doing housework. Though she knows other things too, like gardening, etc. She's a great cook and perhaps in another life, could've taken up a job as a chef. Or maybe a seamstress, since she excels in that too. But really, if Antonia was ever able to choose in occupation forever self; she would surely do something with children. Having to take care of her younger siblings made her really fall in love with young ones. She sees them as something pure. The woman also worked with her father and brothers in the family business, though being a woman. She wasn't allowed to do the actual "work" that is involved when it comes to hides. She was usually the pretty face behind the counter, or the accountant. Meticulously keeping all sorts of records. Something that made her quite good with numbers.

The Kriska family is an ancient northern family, one that can trace their ancestry back to the very first men. Or so they claim. Nowadays, though, they mostly focus on their hide business. One that is rather large. And very lucrative. They own a large shop in Norwyn. Despite the company's growth. The family still does most of the work themselves. Hunting for animals, and even skinning them. Though they do hire some people to help them. Their wealth allows them to live like middle class people do. In a rather large house, with a few servants. Yet their behavior, especially the older men. Like Larson and his two older sons, is very old-fashioned and traditional.

It was in these conditions that Antonia was born, in an environment that was comfortable when it came to material possessions. But not to love and affection. At least not from her father, for he saw very little worth in a girl. And so he ignored her for the first years of her live. And focused all his attention on his sons. Training them to be just like him. Antonia was primarily raised by her mother, with whom she grew to be very close. The young girl was mostly taught stereotypical feminine things as a child, like sewing, cooking, etc. Though, she learned how to read & write, and even a horseback riding. However, the older Antonia became, the more she started to sense that something was wrong. Her father and older brothers started to treat her harshly, something that wasn't special to her, though. Her mother was handled the same way. Women were supposed to be seen, and never heard. Subservient to the men of the house at all times. Antonia tried to resist this at first. But her rebel spirit was quickly broken. And she became just like how her father wanted her to be. Her mother died suddenly when she was 11. From a terrible illness. Which devastated Antonia. And from that day on, she was supposed to take over her mother's place as mistress of the house. And act as a mother to her two younger siblings. Something which was hard for the young girl at first. But she eventually thrived in the role. When she was 18 though, her father forced her to help out in the store more. And so she did. Doing chores, working at the counter. And managing all kinds of paper work. She was constantly under the scrutiny of her father and brother, and was constantly undermined by them. Yet she had no choice but to press on. Despite the treatment she received, the woman remained a kind and friendly woman. And quickly made contact with people. Costumers, but also the hired help. A man named Bjalf who helped her family with hunting for the hides they would eventually sell. And Antonia struck up a sort of acquaintance with one another. Thanks to her, often bringing him baked goods as sort of "thank you" for the work he did for them. It was he who promised to help her. But she didn't know how he possibly could. And eventually he left.

After some time, her father decided it was time for her to marry. Something to which Antonia didn't object. In fact, secretly she liked the idea, for it meant she would finally be able to get away from her the harshness she was subjected too. Yet the man her father choose for her was exactly like he was, like how Ragnar and Krzysztof were. Just terrible. ~~picture joffrey baratheon~~. They were engaged, and he tortured her mentally in any way he could. And Antonia was miserable. And desperate for a way out. One that eventually came; though not in the way she could've ever envisioned. Bjalf returned to Norwyn. And they met once more. At first, Antonia didn't mention her current situation, but it didn't take long for the truth to come out. He intended wasn't a very subtle man after all. And in a bid to protect her. Bjalf offered to marry her himself. It wasn't the ideal option, for Antonia knew her father would never like it. And yet she didn't care. Since she just couldn't stand it anymore. She needed to get away. And so she accepted. The two were wed. When her family heard of it, they were furious, but nothing could be done.

The two are now man and wife, and yet still somewhat stranger to each other. Not married for love but for or duty but different reasons. Still, Antonia tries to make it work, and is as supportive as she can. Though still somewhat distant. The two are still in Norwyn for the time being. Yet have plans to travel elsewhere very soon.
