The eternal flame is an (illegal) fight club located in the capital of Xaila, Al-Qahil. Though they do sometimes travel to the other cities in Xaila as well, but this happens only a few times a year. This organisation does not have a true leader or anyone with a higher rank than others.

The eternal flame mostly consists out of sun elves or sun mages, anyone that is blessed with the sun magic of Xaion. This does not mean humans etc. are not welcome here, but with the arrogance that elves have it wouldn't be wise to go alone, without a friend to help you when things get rough.

They mostly fight using their sun magic. They do this as a way to honour their patreon deity for blessing them with the magic of the sun. This means that people will return with second or third degree burns on a regular basis. People gather around them and place bets with the others, this is also a way to make some extra money for the winning fighter since they get a part of the money.

The meetings are at random times on random places. Where and when will be announced the day before on selective places. The signs won't mean anything to the unknown eye, but to the fighters it means money.

Notes

  • there is no real leader in this groep, they all rely on trust and honesty
  • most people use an alias just in case they end up getting caught. This way they don't know the names of the other people that are there and they can't rat anyone out. Some might wear face coverings in the form of fabric as well.
  • Some of the regular/popular fighters get a small flame tattooed on their ankle or their wrist, anywhere that's easy to show but easy to hide as well. They get this tattoo when they're 'favourites' most of the time, since the fighting is just for entertainment.
